I need someone to accompany my 79 year old mum on a flight from UK to Perth and then three months later from Perth back to UK. The person accompanying mum would have their flight paid for by me. For the last 8 years mum has been spending 3 months each year in Perth with her Aussie boyfriend. He in turn has spent 3 months each year staying with my mum in Halifax. They have travelled around like a couple of gap year students. They are having far too much fun. Mum is pretty fit and healthy but she has alzheimers and therefore the short term memory of a goldfish. She is very sociable and easy to be with. she does not need any nursing care. Her doctor has given her the thumbs up to travel. Looking to send her out 1st week of January but recognise at such short notice we might have to be a little flexible. I dont need someone with a medical or a caring background I just need someone who is friendly, patient and has common sense. Any interest?
