Mad Cow Posted February 20, 2013 Report Share Posted February 20, 2013 Hi Kate, nursing here is not that different tbh! The only thing I would say is autonomy is not abundant. I enjoy nursing here, I work less hours than the uk and am paid well for it. The atmosphere is what you make it sometimes!
