hello guys need some help. I am here on a bridging visa currently. My partners employer has said us he is ready to sponser her. She has a 2.5 years experience abroad being a dentist but not yet qualified in australia. she is working in a surgery as practice manager. how could she be sponsored? What would be the exact way to go with application. I am really not aware of how things work with sponsorship. Whats would be best 457 or 187? would be really thankful of any information

I have all of it except experience .. can i tell the state that i am already working in my occupation and have achieved 50% of experience and can provide a contract for next 12 months I have Ielts all 7 and contract in welfare worker

not that i agree with state's new criteria. I am facing problem with 1 year experience i have only got 6 months and i am currently working in nominated occupation which is welfare worker in which i am a disability case worker .

Hey buddy, You need 1 year experience minimum australian or 3 year overseas no matter you claiming points for that or not. apart from that you need 7 bands and also no more offer you need all details of contract like pay and super which is mentioned in a normal contract.

1 - 7 bands english 2 - minimum 1 year australian experience. Minimum 3 years overseas 3 - no offer but you need contract for 1 year p.s i am screwed

HEllo people ad glad to see people who are helping who already got a grant. I did my eoi on 28/10 for welfare worker same as you SOHA. I contacted them bloody hundred times and get same reply all the time. ALso please look in the job offer properly as its really a tough market in WA currently I willl update ya ll thanking you

HElo kmchu, I know its really getting frustrating but all we can do is wait. I am not sure if occupations from schedule 2 will be restricted but in mean time looking for another option is the best we can do. may be rsms or ens :mad::mad: where abouts are u based? wanna have a chat?

Well both are pretty much time consuming only with rsms you dont need to do EOI, its a straight application... i was in melbourne before but as i needed offer letter i shifted to perth .i hope u have offer letter

I am running out of visa in about 20 days ... i dont have any other option do you live in perth?... may be get 8 bands and increase your point or find a sponser for rsms .. apart from that i dont see any other occupation
