Hi, I'm an electrician fully qualified in the UK and am moving to Perth in early January. I'm also an ex hospital engineering manager, having worked on medical equipment, HVAC, etc. and also estate compliance management (PPM, legionella monitoring and prevention, fire/water/gas safety etc. I do realise that my qualifications mean nothing over there and that I can only work supervised once I've gained OTSR or similar. I also know that trade work is slowing down, but thought i'd ask to see if anyone might have any work for me on a short term/casual/whatever may be available basis. Will have own tools and transport. Hi, we're looking for a furnished house to rent from 10th January until 5th February 2016. Needs to be within commuting distance (45 mins max at rush hour) of Cottesloe area, preferably northern suburbs, but not essential. We are two adults with a 3 year old and a 2 month old baby, so need 2 or 3 rooms. Budget is 500pw. Let me know if anyone has anything available. Many thanks.
