Hello, I'm just looking for a bit of advice before seeing an agent. My partner has lived here for nearly 10 years now, he came with his mum and brothers on a 457 visa, however his older brother didn't like it when they first moved out here and moved back to the UK without getting permanent residency. Now he wants to come and live here. He is 28 years old and has wife and little girl but we cant find a visa for them! Anybody any advice please? Surely there is a visa available for them!
