kasisalo
HI NOT LONG MOVED TO SECRET HARBOUR, HAVE A PUP, HE'S 4 MONTHS OLD, HE HAS ONLY JUST STARTED TO GO OUT THE PAST COUPLE OF WEEKS AS WE HAD TO WAIT TILL HE HAD ALL HIS JABS, HE'S NOT THE MOST BRAVEST OF PUPS AND IS ONLY JUST GETTING USED TO THE OUTSIDE WORLD, APART FROM A COUPLE OF VISITS TO THE PUPPY CLASS WHEN HE WAS 8 WKS OLD, HE HASNT PLAYED WITH OTHER DOGS OR PUPS. (WHENEVER I TAKE HIM OUT WE DONT REALLY SEE ANYONE ), IS THERE ANYONE WITH LOVELY DOGS THAT WILL BE NICE WITH HIM THAT WOULD MEET UP FOR A WALK ON THE BEACH ANYTIME, JUST TO GET HIM USED TO OTHER DOGS, WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE IT. THANKS KAREN:smile:
Bibbs
Head out to Mosman dog beach (North Freo). It's the safest / best beach for dogs I recon, as they can't run away onto a road due to the cliffs. Always loads of dogs there too.
fifi69
Can you look on your local councils website for local dog exercise areas. Or take a drive round the area at main walking times ie 7am - 9am or 4pm - 6pm. That's what I did. Found a great off lead area pure doggy heaven, at least 50 dogs on the go. You are doing the best thing by socialising puppy as early as poss, you will reap the rewards later. good luck x
