Admin Posted November 12, 2013 Report Share Posted November 12, 2013 I don't think you'd be able to able to get one with Australia Post before you arrive as you have to lodge your completed form in person at an Australia Post retail outlet, along with proof of identity that shows your name, residential address and signature (this can be your driver's licence or 2 other documents such as a utility bill and bank statement).
