The guy who runs it said that he changes it each week, never the same, it just happened the week I started it was the worst (mainly sprinting, which I'm not built for:cute:) So If I can cope with that I can get through the rest. cocolevi Posted September 22, 2014 Report Share Posted September 22, 2014 No that's what I was expecting we did the sprinting a few exercises in between then we all stood in a circle, had a sheet with a exercise on it do 18 of those move round the circle till you came to where you started then more sprints.
