Telephone Interviewers required

Capitalis is a Perth based consultancy conducting phone based research across the Asia Pacific region.

 

Due to high project demand, we are looking to bring on a number of casual telephone interviewers who are interested in working flexible business hours leading up to Christmas.

 

If you have relevant call centre or customer service experience, can speak fluent English or Thai and can commit to 20-30 hours a week, then this opportunity is right for you.

 

Ideally candidate(s) will possess the following skills and attributes:

 

• Ability to quickly establish rapport over the phone
  
• Professional telephone manner
  
• Ability to cold call and handle and overcome objections
  
• High attention to detail
  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  
• Fluent in both oral and written English
