By doing this we are breaking our lease which isn't due to expire until 28th August, if anyone is looking for a rental it may well suit you. Details below: 3 x 2 in Stirling - close to bus stop/train station/shops, 2 living areas, unfurnished (unless you want to buy any of ours - which we are selling). Nice area. Current rent is $520 per week, however we have been advised by the estate agent that this will reduce for the new tenants, possibly by $100. If you are interested please let me know. Thanks, Cheryl.
