WANTED: Short Term Rental in or near MANDURAH

Can anyone point me in the right direction? I am looking for a short term (6 weeks) rental in or around Mandurah. We arrive in Perth on 2nd October and I need to rent a reasonably priced property to sleep 6 of us, whilst we look for something longer term. Any help would be grately appreciated.

After a quick google search, I came up with the following:

I don't have any personal experience with any of the above, but at least it's a starting point

 

Be warned, there is a shortage of completely self contained/holiday let properties in Perth, for some reason there just isn't a large amount around the place. That said, you should be able to find something in October, usually it's from late November onwards that holiday lets become fully booked up.

Thanks very much for the info - I have looked at most of the tourist sites and to be honest the prices are far more than I want to pay - as we are going to be living in Australia I don't really want to be spending a fortune on accommodation. I have however looked at your website and would be very interested in your deluxe package for a short term rental of 6 months, that would save me having to swap about after a couple of weeks and give us time to have a good look around before we buy! If you would be kind enough to send me a pm with the info I would be very grateful - I can then book the kids (Rebecca and her boyfriend in a hotel for the three weeks they will be with us).
