Guest sabyous Posted July 18, 2011 Report Share Posted July 18, 2011 I got PR from Western Australia. Presently I am in strategic level of CIMA (Certified Institute of Management Accountants UK). CPA has MRA with CIMA under which upon completion of CIMA one can get CPA status also. By profession I am banker not accountant. I couldn't get any response in Banking field in Perth thats why I got admission in CIMA on the bases of MBA so that I can get some response in purely accountancy field. I shall be grateful if any senior member may reply of following : 1) CIMA authorities claim that CIMA itself has global worth and they publish on their website salary prospects in Australia also where even part qualify can get reasonable position in accounts field. Do you think such surveys are true and CIMA has some position in Australian Accountancy scenario? 2) As i said that I am a banker not accountant, Can i get some response if I complete CIMA/CPA(Aust) in the market?
