One is that of a managerial role and the other is that of a specialised role. Can i submit assessment under 2 different assessment authorities for skilled migration ? Second , you can check in the latest State Sponsorship occupation lists , if your occupation is listed in latest capped lists . I guess, when I had applied for my state Sponsorship, we could apply for two states who had the occupations in demand .
