Hi Took a drive round some sites today looking for a start, nothing. Answered some ads on gumtree, nothing. Not as easy as I thought, try again in Monday hopefully I will get a start soon. Been here for 3weeks now.

Hi Chris my husbands a bricklayer we have had submitted all our doc forms medicals etc July we now have a case officer since September however we are still waiting on our visas being granted ! We are hoping to be in Perth for January have u been working as a brickie in Perth ? We are heading to jindalee how have you found the work ?

Hi pommi1 we have submitted all our docs July and we had our case officer request our form 80 in September but since haven't herd a thing [emoji30] were on a 189 visa family of 5 not sure if that time scale helps u or perhaps it'll be quicker for u as its only 1.

Hi if the dollars good I would do it now ! We transferred our money last month as the dollar was quiet strong against the pound means when u arrive in Perth ur bank account is already set up for u . I'm sure my husband went through a company as if u transfer through the bank it costs you more . I'll get more info for u when he's home ! Where r u heading

Ok thanks Would u say 4 months from when the medicals were sent in and police checks that would be August then . Or 4 months from when the CO ask for extra info

Hi we have submitted all our documents for our 189 visa however after waiting nearly 4 months our agent said that the case officer is now requesting our form80 which we have now signed and sent off . My agent says we should have our visa anytime now but they have been saying that since July . My hubby is a builder we have 3 kids and we are desperate to get over to Perth and start the good life . Any help or advice is much appreciated, I had read on here somewhere that if the case officer asks for any forms ur then put to the bottom of the pile . Please tell me this is not the case . Thanks in advance for any help xxx
