We do not want to rent it so thinking of leaving it on the market and hope it goes soon, worry is covering mortgage in UK and rent in Oz. Someone in Perth might be interested; that way it would give you time to look for work and validate (if that's the right word) you're AHPRA. Only downside of course is that you would be trusting someone you don't know to allow viewings and keep the house tidy but on the flip side of course you would be living in their house so you'd be trusting one another to do the right thing. Scot01 Posted January 20, 2014 Report Share Posted January 20, 2014 Could you not find someone through family and friends who could rent it for a reduced price on the understanding that they move when it sells, then you will have some income coming in and be looked after.
