leedsey Posted June 29, 2015 Report Share Posted June 29, 2015 Hi all, i am in the process of applying for PR and received back my ACPO check which shows that i have an impending prosecution which is dated nearly 7 years ago. How does this affect my application and do they look further into it by contacting the ACPO. leedsey Posted July 1, 2015 Author Report Share Posted July 1, 2015 when i did a police check for my 457 there wasn't anything there and that was 3 years ago !!!. still not sure as to how or why its on there and why it didn't show up on previous check. very confused and worrying.
