WA Hino have an exciting full time opportunities for motivated, career focused and hands on Heavy Diesel Mechanics and Auto Electricians to join our team of professionals at our Welshpool Dealership

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be a self-motivated leader continuously focused on maximising sales and profitability. You will be instrumental in assisting the team to achieve financial, customer, manufacturer and dealership targets. Working as part of a team, you will be an advocate for continuous improvement, not only for yourself but for the entire workshop, and create a positive, inclusive working environment with exceptional experiences for all of customers (Hino, Fiat and Yutong) to create and promote loyalty, retention and satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performing all internal and external electrical installations, services and repairs for dealership and customer vehicles
• Strong diagnostic ability
• Carrying out warranty work
• Ensure vehicles are clean before they are returned to the customer
• Maintain a safe working environment
• Road test vehicles if required
• Maintain a sounds knowledge of all Dealership products and services

 Skills and Experience:

• Exceptional Time Management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated experience as an Automotive Electrician
• Exception attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Previous experience working with Japanese makes would be advantageous.
