Guest The Family Witts
Hello you lovely lot, I am seeking advice on names/details of the major Engineering Consultancies which have offices in or around Perth. I am a UK Principal Civil Engineer (specialise in Road design) and I would like to begin to source a good job from an employer who would also hopefully be my sponsor to allow my family and I to move out on a 457 visa. I would ideally not go through a recruitment agency, as I prefer to represent myself!! If any Civil Engineers out there or anyone in the Construction Industry knows of any suitable companies then please let me know. Of course I have found a few from internet searching however I may be missing several others if I am not party to local knowledge. Hopefully this isn't too vague a request, thanks to anyone who can help. Lee.

RobynMargarat
when the Forrest Highway was being built,(extension of Kwinana Freeway to Bunbury) as it progressed past each suburb or local government area, there were notices put in the WestAustralian, asking for people living in those areas, to attend meetings, wanting people to be involved I suppose with, road side verge planting, what people would accept in the camping or parking bays for pull offs. These signs and notices were I beleive being run by a McMahon company. When I have driven out to Northam via the great eastern highway, I have sometimes noticed the vehicles being used had that same name on them. I also notice that sometimes, Mondodelphus, Leightons, and krasnosteins company vehicles are parked near their site offices on various roads that are being extended. does that help. DownerEDIengineering is another that springs to mind. I have a lift- out from a WestAustralian from January about all those sorts of infrastructure, that has lots of companies listed... I will see if I can find it for you over the next couple of days.
