Is it worth it here. we used to have kennel club insurance in uk and wondering where to go and if it's worth it versus cost of vets bills. SusieQ Posted October 18, 2012 Report Share Posted October 18, 2012 I am with Real Insurance Premium and optional extra.....its about $17.00 per fortnight. You can claim even for yearly jabs and teeth cleaning!! I decided to get this as in the UK we didn't and just had accident cover for our dogs, so when my bearded collie got cancer there was nothing I could do as the cost was horrendous!
