We are the only people to have rented the house. Ideal for a family with school age children. Equally for a family with a FIFO worker, as the street is very quiet and safe. The rent is extremely reasonable for the area and the agent will have no problem 'upping it' if they were able to issue a new lease. However we were lucky enough to find this house nearly 2 years ago when we arrived and want to give somebody else the chance of a decent rental property at a decent price in a very nice and safe area. $430pw 2 minute walk to primary school 15 minute walk to choice of 2 secondary schools (1 private and 1 public) 5 minute walk to Coles etc 10 minute walk to beach 3 bed 2 bathroom sunken fully enclosed theatre room study/bed 4 reverse cycle air double garage very large under cover alfresco low maintenance front and rear gardens laundry Please pm me and I will send you through my number to discuss/arrange viewing.
