wallywombat Posted April 18, 2013 Report Share Posted April 18, 2013 haha! We are too! Just the other week we were at a viewing a house and the bathroom had a bad case of mould. On the way out we asked the agent about whether it would be taken care of before moving in and she said "she hasn't even been in the house and had just come and opened the door". We couldn't believe it....I was actually thinking about what if some tenants had left some mess behind or had a grow op up and running.......(didn't think of dead body - but there you go!) This incident was bound to happen. Many of the agents seem to have lost the will to live - maybe this will get them to take a bit more of an interest.
