They are both in the Aramdale, which generally doesnt get a good rating and is seem as being a lower class area (other please correct if you see different). However our experiences are even within the same area there are good street and "bad" streets, you really want to go there and see for yourself. To put it in context we've just brought in Kwinana, south of Perth, which again has a bad rating. But were in a nice cul-de-sac with an 800m2 plot and house, all for alot less than Perth.
