We are in Tapping (its lovely) we have a little girl who is almost 7, shes in Springhill Primary which is a really lovely school so if you cant get into St Stephens or want to save yourself some money i would recommend Springhill, Ive also heard Tapping Primary is very good too. My agent is good its the owner that is useless ive been waiting 3 months to see if i can put a curtain pole up in the living room and our bedroom, agents keeps asking him he doesnt reply. It also stated on our tenancy agreement that the carpet in the front room was badly stained and would be replaced as it was taken from the last tennants bond, moved in in may and its still not done, hes told the agent he cant afford to do it yet!!!! Cant wait until i can buy my own home instead i hate renting.

For a fully furnished let short term I would say that was good we were paying that when we first got here with lets perth for a 3 bed in mindarie. $525 is very good for the area iam in (Tapping) most up here tend to be a lot more in Tapping. Real estate is a good place to do research on rental prices. I know some one in duncraig who is paying $750 per week for a 4 x 2 it really does depend from place to place. Sarah

What area nor? We have a 4 plus study or 5th bedroom 2 bathroom double garage theatre room and family area no pool rent $525 per week, water was $20 for 2 months, gas is $18 per week same for gas phone and internet is $80 per month so for me $750 per week is more expensive

Guess we were very lucky our agent had a friend in the department and they did it for us in less than 24 hours

successful trip to lakeside - Iam one happy bunny got my xmas kangaroo bauble for my little nephew. the company are there until xmas their website is www.personalisedbaubles.com.au they start at $6.99 for small $9.99 for medium Large $17.99 xlarge was $22 (I think) its an extra $4 for a name and year.
