portlaunay
Thought it might be good to share or recommend if anyone's seen something they liked. We went to I Think I Can this arvo, mainly to satisfy my son http://2014.perthfestival.com.au/Whats-on-by-Genre/Free-and-Spectacular/I-Think-I-Can It's a lovely concept but I'd like to go back a couple of times to develop my character as you only get a snippet of time. After we went on to the opening event http://2014.perthfestival.com.au/Whats-on-by-Genre/Free-and-Spectacular/Lotterywest-Festival-Spectacular-Veles-e-Vents It's on again tomorrow night and we all loved it so if you're thinking about it or stuck for what to do tomorrow night then do it. Thought provoking, a little bonkers and loud and explosive. I love the city at night and it was great sitting out this evening with the fireworks showering us and the stars above. Wandering back through the streets to the station is such a pleasure, I never feel vulnerable or scared as I did in London at night. Anyone else seen something they'd recommend? Scot01
I went to the ballet Radio and Juliet at the quarry. Loved the prgramme before the break but found Radio and Juliet too long and dull. Quarry Amphitheater a great outdoor setting though. portlaunay
I know it's a bit late but hopefully this will inspire others to get involved next year. This is my friend Sarah, putting on an extraordinary performance and the sort of thing that makes Perth Festival an incredible event http://www.watoday.com.au/entertainment/your-perth/just-say-yes-and-youll-never-be-the-same-again-20140214-32q6d.html
