I don't have anyone to view the properties for me so online applications will be more suitable for me. Weedolly Posted January 13, 2016 Report Share Posted January 13, 2016 Rental agencies cannot let you a property unless you or someone has viewed it for you, and even if you did find one willing to because there are so many rentals just now DO NOT rent one without seeing it. They use misleading photographs, some from years ago, the property could have had 5 tenants in after the pictures had been taken, some of the houses look huge but are actually tiny, you never know if you will like the area, they could manage to miss out next doors garden that looks like steptoes yard from the pictures.Some look ok on the pictures and they are crap holes when you actually see them , I could go on and on.
