We have opened a NAB bank account, on their confirmation email they have advised when arriving we have to get our passports stamped and bring them to the bank when we go to pick up cards etc, I was under the impression that passport control don't stamp passports any more as everything is electronic, any advice would be appreciated! Chardy Posted March 21, 2013 Report Share Posted March 21, 2013 You will get an immigration stamp showing the date arrived (ours was Brisbane as we stopped over there). We also opened a NAB account and it was fine, just turn up in the city with your passports and a paper copy of your visa and it'll be fine.
