hawks Posted October 23, 2013 Report Share Posted October 23, 2013 I have received my medical HAP ID from immigration for my wife and I, but they are the same. When booking an appointment, they said I need a unique number for each of us. Has everyone else received unique numbers for the 2 of them? nikkiwd Posted October 23, 2013 Report Share Posted October 23, 2013 are you using an agent or not? if not then log into to your application and click the 'arrange medicals' link for each person, once you fill in the form and press 'print' I think it has the Hap ID on it. If using an agent then ask them to do it ? Let me know if it doesn't work, I read another thread and this was the advice so good to know if its right or not . We've not booked our medicals yet but my agent has sent us individual referral letters and we have slightly different numbers (my son and I).
