portlaunay
In no particular order; Sit on the cliff top in Cottesloe with fish and chips and watch the sun go down Enjoy a beer or two in Little Creatures while the kids play in the sand pit and dance in awe around the balloon man. Get up very early on Saturday morning and sit in Gino's on the Cap Strip. Take the corner table outside so you can look up Market street and watch the ships glide in and out of the harbour. Take a picnic blanket to the Freo Arts Centre on Sunday and enjoy the free music. Enjoy a pie and a glass of Chardonnay at the Ugly Duckling winery in the Swan Valley. Get to the Memorial in Kings Park before the sun comes up and watch it rise over the city. Go to the Anzac Day parade. Take a bike ride along the river. Have a BBQ on the hill at Heathcote Reserve. Come to Sth Freo farmers market on a Sunday morning. Immerse yourself in and give back to your community. Go Verge Surfing. It's a start.
