Every year Channel 7 hosts the Telethon raising funds for Princess Margaret Hospital for Children and the telethon Institute for Child Health Research, 26 hours of non stop television ,entertainment with live acts and a huge list of celebrities performing or making an appearance, Sunday they even auction a house all proceeds to Telethon (this year house at Eden Beach Jindalee). 2013 Telethon raised $20.7 Million. You will notice lots of fund raising activities for example Coles kids carnival at the Perth Convention Centre for a day out $5.00 per person rides and activities, Tea for Tu at Northbridge doing Babycinos for Bambinos also there will be Gourmet hotdogs by Eat at turners, donate to telethon while you are there, Coles have buy a brick at any supermarket $2.00. So dig deep and donate to this worthy charity and have some fun this weekend. :smile2: put a smile on the kids faces. If anyone knows of any events in your area please post for others to see.
