It's a 2 storey townhouse located right on the beach at Safety bay just opposite the yacht club. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs and another 1 downstairs with seperate shower and toilet. Dining are, kitchen and living area. Amazing views towards Mandurah from upstairs this is an executive house in an amazing location. Rent is $550 per week agency likes 6 month leases. bensdad Posted April 1, 2013 Author Report Share Posted April 1, 2013 We want to leave our house before the lease ends so we need to break the lease. We have to continue paying rent until a new tenant is found and pay for the advertising etc so that's why you see people like us advertising so hopefully we find a new tenant quicker thus saving some money.
