  1. 1) When I printed my visa application off to check it there was a question which asks "has the applicant previously traveled to Australia or previously applied for a visa" but cant find this question anywhere on the electronic application? I have traveled there before spent a year there between 99 and 2000. Choose yes and give details of your travelling to Australia 2) On page 12/17 it asks for qualifications, I have entered my degree (as this was assessed by Vet assess), but then it asks for all secondary qualifications so if I list my diploma, A levels and GCSE's do I select the qualification type other as they have cot been assessed against the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF)? Give secondary qualifications too. 3) I’m not claiming any points for Partner qualifications, however again on page 12/17, it asks for details of my partner qualifications. My wife has a Masters. Do I list this qualification as a Masters, or as other as we have not had her qualifications assessed against the AQF? Give Partner qualifications though you are not claiming partner points! 4) Employment History, with this I does not have the exact dates I started and finished employment (except my current employment, which I have been in for the last 8 years). So do the dates need to be exact or can I just use the First date of every month? D0 I need to account for gaps in employment where I went traveling? You have a complete CV what I believe. Give details and accurate date from there. - Don't account gap for travelling 5) Birth Certificate document identification numbers, is this the number in the top right hand corner that seems to start 3-4 letters then 6 numbers? No idea as I am from different country. Regards, Mithu
  2. -No. I don't think they want you to have money in your bank now before submitting your SS application. -They are looking for your available funds not cash. Source of funds may be your home/apartment, other properties, Cash , jewelry, your car etc. Keep in mind you have not to make these things liquid or cash in bank. - For single they are looking 25,000 AUD, for couple 35,000 AUD, Couple with single child 40,000 AUD. You should show more money to assure that these funds cover state settlement costs ( for at least three months). Hope this helps! Cheers!
  3. Please read What VETASSESS says Evidence of paid employment – at least one of the following: -Payslips -Payment Summaries for Taxation -Taxation Records of Assessment which show the company name -Superannuation Records Please note: Copies of documents will not be returned. Do not send original documents. You should keep a copy of all documents submitted. Good Luck.

  7. Dear Folks , Today I observed in my e-visa page that my medicals got cleared. Message shows all three of us, No health examinations are required for this person for this visa subclass based on the information provided to the Department of Immigration and Citizenship. Last evening I observed it too and medicals link was there. Today is saturday and holiday in all over Australia. So MOC is not working today. Thats means my medicals got Auto cleared. Same Thing happened when my medicals got referred. The date was 28th July sunday as per my CO. So, medicals got referred Auto. What a funny!!
  8. Hello nikkiwd, [*=left]Note that you can upload to eVisa page either Original Color Scans or Certified Photocopy Of Originals (but certification stamp should also be color scanned). Certified in India means 'Notarized'; or else where signed and stamped by any person authorized to certify a photocopy as legit. Formats that can be used are: .DOC, .DOCX, .DOT, .XLS, .PPT, .RTF, .TXT, .GIF, .JPG , .BMP, .PDF. [*=left]Most preferred format is PDF; use that. [*=left]Size limit per file is 5mb; count limit is 60 files. [*=left]To keep file size under check is to use 96 dpi for images. [*=left]Combine related pages in single PDF file. Like combine passport front and back in single PDF file. [*=left]For additional information and details you can check this DIAC page [*=left]You can use a PDF editor software like PDFill to merge PDF pages. [*=left]Also make sure you upload correct document with correct description - there's no option to edit, delete or even see uploaded document. Once uploaded, you can just see the name of documents. 9. Hello Edzi, - 28 days will count when CO request for documents. So don't worry. - Nice to see, you are doing visa application job yourself without an agent. Me too. -you could leave the pccs and medicals until after CO asks. - Form 80 is a very lengthy one to fill for each 18 yrs and above. So, try to complete it before CO ask for you and your spouse. Good luck.
  10. Don't wait for CO allocation Edzi. It will sure delay your Grant! Because everything you have to upload within 28 days after requesting from CO. Even CO may overlook your application when he/she will see no documents uploaded. Hope you will start from tomorrow. If have any query , just ask the forum here. You are already too late.
