neenie
We are in Baldivis central, moved in couple of days ago and we have mobile internet connection with Telstra, when we were in the Telstra store, they looked up the address and said we could get ADSL2 To be honest it didn't make sense to me lol but I am happy with the dongle and mobile net, means I can sit down the beach and do some work when the children are at school!!!! Oh we used Skype for the first time tonight, the video connection didn't hold up, but the sound was fine which meant we got to speak to family if we only saw them briefly! gar374
we had a telstra pre pay SIM shen we were over there last year and it was fine. Used the internet tethered via the iphone a couple of times but eventually got a telstra mobile dongle - got a great deal from Dick Smith (actually cheaper to buy another the same rather than top it up!). We managed skype calls no problem but found facetime used about 50% less data. Cheers Gareth
