katescott
Hi,my family are travelling out to Perth in April to validate our visa's. My husband, however, has had a possible job offer starting 10th march.Does anyone know if we have to validate our visas as a family of 5 or if my hubby can do his first and myself and boys travel over in april as planned to validate ours? beandownunder
I believe as long as you all validate it before the given date it won't matter if it's done separately. congratulations on the job offer, I'm guessing your validation visit is now a permanent move? phone this info is correct, I'm sure someone will correct me if not.... bean x
ali
Does your visa grant have any stipulations that the primary applicant has to enter Aus first? If not he can come alone, if it does and he is the primary applicant - he can still come alone. As long as you all validate by the date given it's ok. katescott
Thanks for replying,it would be so much easier if this is the case as my hubby accepting the job would depend on it really. Our visit is intended to be just a very reluctant validation holiday but we have accepted an offer on our house this week so it may turn out to be the big move, fingers crossed...although things never work out as planned do they!! Are you in Perth now? I'm so excited to move out there!! Kate x
katescott
No it doesn't and he's the main applicant....so it seems as though we are ok then!! Thanks for replying,I just had no idea where we stood on it. It will be great if he's already in work over there and we can all join him x
ROB T
No all sounds good Bean just as long as the main visa applicant arrives / validates first...... me thinks.
