Mrskelly2014
Hi everyone.... i was just having a think today and one of the reasons we are leaving the UK is that I love my job so much (nurse) but I feel so de-valued in the UK. And I think as a profession we are massively under valued! Especially for how hard we all work.... Anyway I wanted to know... To all of you already working or have partners working as nurses/midwives in Australia; do you feel valued I'm your job/profession??

Mrskelly2014
Haha... Gosh I cannot imagine being told that in the UK. It's a shame we are so undervalued, I'm hoping it is different in Oz
ali
To be honest, I don't feel any less or more valued I think it depends on the organisation and people you work with.
