Holiday let in Quinns Rocks til end of November and just applied for a rental in Clarkson. People have been really friendly and helpful. We have two children aged 11 and 9. Just sorting schools. Looking for a decent used car if anyone is selling one. would like to meet anyone who's made the move and make some new friends. Clint Posted November 25, 2017 Report Share Posted November 25, 2017 Hi Dean and Liz Congratulations, Moving to Perth is the best decision you would of ever made, trust me I know, if you can be strong enough for those first two years the rest will be a walk in the park, for most people its the leaving the family back in Good ole Blighty, BUT you will over come this in time, be strong and it will all fall into place. Liz Hi Liz, hope you’ve settled in to your rental and had a good Christmas and New Year. It was strange for us being our first one as well but we went to the beach and had a really good day. We’re looking forward to more exploring this year and building on our foundations we laid down last year. We’ve been here a year on Thursday and it’s been the best decision we’ve made, but I would like to make more friends. We live in Willetton which is south of the river, but I’m happy to drive up to Hillary’s if you fancy meeting up? I’m not working and have 2 daughters 15 and 11 who are feeling a bit lonely and bored, and need to get out and about a bit more! LizHi I live in Clarkson lived in many rentals But happy here next to family shops everything we need nearby.
