  1. Well my son didn't want to come. We said he could finish off year ten to twelve an then join us he would board. Well we moved at the end of Day December and he spent three weeks here with us. Went back to school and a few week later asked.if he could rather move. Yay well he arrives in two weeks. Try not to worry it will work out. Xxx
  2. Really sorry and best of luck to you. In Zambia Labour law dictates that should said company reopen or make positions available after redundancy and it is within 24 month they have to give the person they ha laid off the chance of that position again. Surely there is something that protects you. Especially if he did this before. Sorry to hear. Xx

  16. Hi there, we still in Zambia and could not afford to buy outright. When we went across to activate our visas I took the following with us. Payslips for both hubby and I for a year A whole years bank statements Current contracts for both of us. We then popped into Commonwealth bank and they assesed us and by 4 p.m. that afternoon we had a letter from them stating that they would consider giving us a mortgage for xxxx amount. We then started house hounting - we thought one to get our foot in the door and we are lucky enough to have my brother already living in Ocean Reef so we bought in the Joondalup area also. We put in an offer subject to finance of course coming through and we were so lucky that we got it. Two years we have now had it and been so lucky with both our estate agent and tenants. We hoping to move at the end of the year and we are so so glad that we did it this way rather. Of course not everyone is lucky as us to be able to do this. The very best of luck xx
