Hello all. Weve been living in Perth for over 3 years on permanent residency visas. Love it!!! im visiting uk currently and my nephew has expressed keen interest on returning with me or at least before Xmas. He obviously is keen to just stay forever, but we've suggested a working temp visa for maybe 6-12 months. Hes filled out an elegibality form on line but in just not sure if he should be applying for a working holiday visa or not? He's not backpacking as he'll stay with us. Also, how long will one take to get? Any help or advice greatly appreciated

Long story short. Move in rental nov 2012. Palm in back 2 dead leaves 1 half dead. 1 month later total death of palm. owner visits 18 months later wants palm replaced says it's a 4 m high Kentia ( approx $3,000 in value) take photos from pr report along with photo measurement of trunk to palm expert who states palm had fungus ans was beyond saving and palm not kentia but Bangalo ( approx $250) convey this info to agent. Owner agrees on height but insists (without proof palm is expensive kentia and wants report) we we provide report and now owner wants second opinion. Its ridiculous!!! They have the report but not good enough!! roll on ext week when we move in to our own home!!
