Mrsr1976 Posted January 30, 2019 Report Share Posted January 30, 2019 Hi all, we had a really bad experience with Parcel2go where some really sentimental and Christmas stuff took 2 months to arrive from the UK instead of 10 days. They basically lost the item and I found out where it was by not giving in! Anyway it finally arrived today! [emoji106] I must say Auspost were the saving grace, they were fab. But....... we have another 3 boxes to send out from the UK to Perth. Does anyone have any recommendations of couriers they have used, where the parcel has been able to be tracked, they have a customer service phone contact not just online chat [emoji107]and they don't charge the earth!Thanks!
