RCB 16/01/13, Ack 17/1/13 187. Visa lodged 22/01/13, Ack 23/01/13. RCB Approved 06/02/13. Nomination Lodged with DIAC 07/02/13, nom approved - 21/02/2013, police & meds 21/02/2013 meds done 27/02/2013 meds lost in system for around 9 weeks visa granted 17/05/2013 My meds were grade B so there for refered i think my australian employer got in touch with immigration direct as he wasnt happy the meds were not action on for so long and a week after we got our grant my case was far from straight forward but it all worked out in the end Good Luck to Everyone still hanging in there, and good luck to everyone been granted hope it all works out Pete Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Got one granted last week within 10 weeks of lodging nomination and application, and i didnt lodge it decision ready and added secondary applicant on last minute as we were awating meeting the 12 month defacto criteria. However, I know of people who havent heard back from applications submitted in July! My timeline: (bit uncommon as my WHV was about to expire nov 11 so I had to go on BV) 09-10-12: Applied TRA 12-10-12: Applied RCB 09-11-12: Applied 187&Nomination 21-12-12: RCB Approved 08-01-13: TRA Unsuccessful 18-02-13: Applied: TRA Appeal 05-06-13: CO Assigned, asked for more docs regarding nomination 06-06-13: TRA Successful 12-06-13: Handed CO outstanding DOCS 13-06-13: Nomination & Visa sc 187 GRANTED I applied as a cook in Perth!
