We were also lucky, our tenants (been renting from us for 6 years) offered to buy the house before we even put it on the market so we accepted...job done You may be out there before us then ! Hoping to sell it quickly too, but like you were, we are thinking it will take a while. The frustrating thing is I am on 3 months notice at work, can;t hand my notice in until we've exchanged, just in case, so who knows when we will finally get off to perth.
