I think you need to do what is best for you and your husband. Your daughter is married now and as stated the internet is a wonderful thing for communication. I see this as your time to be able to do what you want and not feel guilty about it. Life is short, in the last 6 years i've lost a lot of family members and even tho I only have my mum in England she wouldn't stop me from going even though im taking her 2 grandchildren away from her as she knows life for us will be better. If this is what you and your husband want then live life to full be with your friends and enjoy (your only a plane journey away from home) xxxx

I know no one will care but... Ive just dropped my OH off at the airport and he is on a flight to Perth and starts his new job on Tuesday :-) Sad that we arent on the same flight:-( but hopefully on a flight in 6 weeks once house is completed :-))

Wow @Chornishpoms13 this must of been hard on you, I hope you get sorted out and be somewhere you all want to be as a family. I cant really comment as we haven't got to Perth yet hoping to travel in the next few weeks. I have heard that you shouldnt travel back for at least 2years as well and i'm am gonna have a dilemma as its my cousins wedding that i really want to go to but its traveling back just 4 months after moving Good luck with everything

My OH fly's out Saturday to start in his new job and i'm hoping he will be back in 3/4 weeks to help me move ( i hope fingers crossed) otherwise his baby (very old Ford Escort) wont be coming with us, he loves this more than us LOL

So nervous I need a list of things i need to sort and dont know were to start LOL My list so far Searching for furnished rentals but dont have a date yet so cant book anything just yet, hoping to have a date as soon as the acceptance comes through for the car. Hi We are looking to move SOR to Secret Harbor still not 100% sure, my OH will be working in Kwinana Beach area so still trying to decide which are will be best, I keep going back to secret harbor as I like the look of the place and the schools. Once I know what is happening with my OH job then we can decide on a area. Good luck with your move hope all goes well.
