Gusto Cafe - Angelo St South Perth. Brilliant brekkies and lunches

Lo Quay Cafe - Wilson right on the river bank. Yummy Brekkies and lunches. They make a brilliant coffee too.

Cafe Denada - Brentwood - good wholesome food and inventive salads.

Nicholsons Bar and Grill - Caning Vale. Great pub meals.

Pho Phu - East Vic Park - incredible Vietnamese food.

Christinas - East Vic Park - good mediterranean style food - large portions.

Haha yes we noticed that too, it more of a special fried rice you get served. We got round the problem by making sure we ask for "egg fried rice" you then find thats its what we are used to in the UK, comes in much larger portions too for the same money. At our local takeaway one portion does 3 of us, the curry sauce is great too.

On the restaurant front there is so many meals ive enjoyed, but off the top of my head i can recomend Cafe 58 on Carrington Street, Palmyra. Its great for brekkies, lunches and special dinners, has a lovely courtyard seating area open in the summer.

Struggling to think of somewhere that we can take our daughter for her 18th because there are a lot of things she doesn't eat. She doesn't really eat red meat (wouldn't order this), nor does she eat seafood, usually there's then only one chicken dish on the menu which might be stuffed with cheese (she doesn't eat cheese) ... Anyone know of any upmarket Italian places that serve good food
