I have been watching Wanted Down Under too on the internet, funny when you see the areas and houses you pass on a normal day.

Jindalee is lovely on the coast to live.

Yes visited there once before and it is quite spectacular, But very hot in summer.

Joondalup Resort is nice. Matilda Bay Yacht Club. The Breakwater at Hillarys, Frasers at Kings Park..

Everyone makes their own decisions and who are we to say they should wear shoes if they do not want to.

The ground can get very hot, too hot to walk on sometimes even the sand so I usually wear flip flops on the sand, I wear shoes everywhere except beach and home, I do not judge people if they do not wear shoes but I do find it strange in shopping centres etc, just for your own safety sake. It's funny how this post ended up from being about where to live to what you wear on your feet.

It's just in Jindalee which is the suburb.

NOR worth a visit especially on a sunny day, can get cold if the wind is blowing in the evening tho, great food at Chippy's Beach Shack with DJ or live music on Fri, Sat, Sunday afternoons in summer. Where will you be working Nicos7?

Yes it is real, we live here and actually never get sick of the view, going back for a swim this afternoon and dinner at the shack with DJ Daz playing. Looking forward to my swim.

Just been for brunch at Chippies beach shack in Jindalee this is what we had to look at, such a shame.

I would sell now as predictions are they will drop next year, already starting to and if your plans do not turn out you can buy again, as prices fall you can get back into the market. Exchange rate very good too..

Sounds like you will be having some fun, well there are only 3 of us for a traditional English Christmas Dinner, then a buffet at night with my eldest son and girlfriend, then we will go down to the beach to watch the sunset and play beach cricket. I have started preparing the food tonight. We will have a visit from a few neighbours in the morning swap presents. I am sure you will enjoy your day. Love the hat. Merry Christmas.........

i would say the Coles one is already cooked but you can put it in the oven for a while to heat it through and glaze it etc. but im no expert on hams i buy them cooked and eat cold. well i dont eat it i not keen on ham.
